Hello, My career started as an oncology nurse at Community Hospital in Springfield, OH. My passion for nursing grew and grew when the path to Hospice care took me to Hospice of Dayton. The connections and relationships I built encouraged me to want to lead, and I went into a nursing leadership role with hospice. I loved leading our team of hospice caregivers in the nursing facilities. One nursing facility always was special in my heart and when an opportunity came to be a nurse manager at Bethany Village, I could not miss that chance. I have been on the Graceworks-Bethany Village team since 2016. My time here as a Nursing Home Unit Manager, Chief Nursing Officer and Administrator has continued to reward me with memories and growth. I am so very grateful for the mentors and teammates that have been and continue to be a part of my journey.
