My Biggest Flex: My proudest achievements were leading a cross functional team to ensure over $400 billion dollars of federal funding was accurately distributed by analyzing and updating 10-year old data. In addition, I onboarded and improved a training and personnel development program which decreased employee turnover by 90%, and overturned crippling financial implications for the company.
