About Lauren Dodd

Hi, I’m Lauren—a people-first leader with nearly two decades of experience in diagnostics, sales, and marketing. I’m passionate about building teams, shaping strategy, and helping people grow into their potential. I’ve had the privilege of leading through big goals, complex markets, and constant change—and I love the challenge of it all.My career has taken me from technical support to sales leadership, and now into corporate accounts—each step reinforcing what I care most about: creating meaningful impact for customers and patients, developing high-performing teams, and bringing a sense of clarity and purpose to the work we do.I’m currently a Corporate Account Director at Roche, where I help drive strategic growth and long-term partnerships in the diagnostic space. I believe the best results come from open collaboration, thoughtful strategy, and leading with both empathy and accountability.
