About Lauren Dutton

I am able to identify and understand a customer's complaint and by applying my knowledge of process find the root cause. Once identified I am able to interpret and apply my mandate to creatively and fairly resolve the complaint and salvage client's relationship. I take steps to amend process to prevent a repeat of a similar complaint thereby effectively mitigating and minimizing brand damage. I am proud of being able to, not only perform my function, but to streamline and improve. The most valuable skill is understanding my own shortfalls. I believe reporting a mistake, immediately, is an opportunity to master a new skill and diversifying experience, because if you are not making mistakes you are not attempting to improve either Welcoming correction and instruction is more valuable than taking no action at all.
