About Lauren Eaker-Crain

Board-Certified Primary Care NP transitioning into the Urology specialty. I am excited to utilize my experience in medical oncology, sexual and reproductive health, treatment of menopausal and peri-menopausal syndromes, and education-based urinary health prevention to the JSH system. I hope to use my experience in primary care, LGBTQ+ health, and whole-person intervention to bring a new perspective to chronic urologic conditions and their treatment in our rural population. I am additionally excited to work towards Urology board-certification. Special interests will always include STI treatment and prevention, HIV/ID, gender affirming care, health equity and inclusion, and harm reduction. Life’s mission to provide compassionate, comprehensive, and evidence-based care to those on their health journey. I cannot go for you, but I will walk with you.
