This is the story of a Psychology graduate who fell in love with an unexpected career in marketing. I landed a role doing entry-level marketing for a VOIP phone servicing company to make some money the summer after I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I didn't know what I wanted to do.but I knew Psychology wasn't it. I started doing direct mail, website edits, and some design work. From there, I began my marketing management career for an industrial saw manufacturer where my marketing experience EXPLODED! For U.S. Saws, I was responsible for email marketing, website management & migration, graphic design, print mail, tradeshows, content creation, social media, design & print of sales materials, advertising, research, data & analytics, managed vendor & agency relationships, and so much more. Then, VOLT Lighting brought me on as their Marketing Manager. With my depth of experience in all things marketing, I brought my can-do know-how into managing a small team that grew over my three years at the company. However, managing a team was only a part of my many responsibilities. I also managed product launches, sales, email, website products & content, data & analytics reporting, branding, tradeshows, and more. When my husband's job brought us to Fort Myers, FL, Midland IRA, Inc. brought me on as their Marketing Manager. At Midland, I was responsible for marketing strategy, email, SEO, website content & migration, data & analytics reporting, and more. Here I worked heavily with the sales team to ensure they had the tools they needed to be successful. After Midland IRA, Inc, I freelanced for Spark Bridge Digital, an email marketing agency. There I did strategy, graphic design, & content for client email campaigns & automation. I was also responsible for reporting on and suggesting ways to improve performance. After dedicating over a decade to honing my skills and accumulating a wealth of diverse experiences in the marketing field, I am thrilled to embark on a new chapter as I start my own marketing agency. My journey has exposed me to various industries, marketing strategies, and client needs, which has enriched my expertise and creativity. With a passion for innovative approaches and a proven track record of success, I am eager to lead my agency in delivering tailored, results-driven solutions that empower businesses to thrive in today's competitive landscape. I look forward to applying my extensive knowledge and forging meaningful partnerships with clients to make a significant impact in their growth and success.
