Competitiveness has been part of my DNA for as long as I can remember—whether it was growing up with two brothers or playing soccer throughout my life. That drive to succeed and constantly improve initially left me questioning if the textile industry was the right place for me when I started in 2016. Eight years later, I couldn’t be more confident that it is. I feel incredibly fortunate to say I love what I do, where I work, and the people I work with. Being part of an Employee-Owned Company (ESOP) has completely transformed the way I think about work. It has channeled my competitive spirit into something much bigger than individual goals. Knowing that every team member has a shared stake in our success fosters an environment of collaboration, innovation, and mutual growth. This culture has not only shaped how I approach challenges but also reinforced the value of teamwork and shared achievement. As a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager, I thrive at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. My role allows me to pair my love for problem-solving with my ability to think creatively and adapt to new perspectives.
