About Lauren Hoffart

After earning my BBA in Finance from the Tippie College of Business in 2020, I began my career in the Commercial Real Estate industry by joining SitusAMC - the leading independent solutions provider for the real estate finance industry, supporting the full lifecycle of commercial and residential investments. At SitusAMC, I work within the Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) division, where we partner with clients, asset and investment managers, and third-party appraisal firms to ensure that commercial real estate portfolios accurately reflect current market conditions and property fundamentals. My role has equipped me with a broad range of skills and experiences, including cash flow and financial analysis, comparable analysis, portfolio and valuation management, and relationship management. I collaborate closely with clients and appraisers, leveraging strong communication and relationship-building abilities to deliver high-quality service. Additionally, I’ve developed advanced proficiency in Argus Enterprise, Microsoft Office Suite, and Valuation Management Systems (VMS).
