About Lauren Jane

I'm an Australian qualified naturopath, and the founder of Kiyah Wellness. I’m passionate about a no-diet approach to well-being and spend most of my time healing gut microbiomes and sharing pearls of wisdom about an intuitive approach to eating. I've been supporting women to make positive changes to their health for around 14 years. Beginning my studies in health care in 2004, a keen interest in human psychology led me to a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology). Upon completion, I became curious about how natural therapies can improve mental health, and by early 2011, I finished my Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). I’m always learning and staying up to date with current research on digestive health, nutrition, herbs and functional medicine testing. It’s important for me to work *with* my clients to create realistic treatment plans that incorporate both traditional philosophy and scientific findings so they feel empowered to make sustainable change.
