Passionate about leveraging nutrition to promote health and well-being, I am a dedicated and driven nutrition student actively seeking opportunities to contribute to the field. Currently pursuing a degree in Food Systems, Nutrition, and Health at the University of Washington, I possess a strong foundation in the principles of nutrition and their application in diverse settings. With a keen interest in the intersection of nutrition, health, and lifestyle, I have actively engaged in coursework focusing on areas such as clinical nutrition, community nutrition, and food policy. Driven by a desire to promote health equity and address nutrition-related disparities, I am particularly interested in opportunities to work with underserved populations and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving access to nutritious food and education. As I approach my graduation from the UW, I plan to take a gap year before pursuing graduate school to become a registered dietitian. During this time, I aim to gain practical experience in various settings to further refine my skills and knowledge.
