For over two decades, I have worked as a Fashion Designer in the NYC garment industry. Aftert spending long hours behind a computer, I became increasingly aware of the toll this sedentary work was taking on my body and mind. To counteract the stress, I made exercise a key part of my routine. After experiencing a pinched nerve in my neck and a popped hamstring, I sought out Pilates through physical therapy to aid in my recovery and improve my posture.
