About Lauren Milner

My passion is helping people reach their goals both in the gym and in the classroom. I have been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2009 and an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2014.I am an experienced real estate investor, team leader, and self-motivated business professional. In fitness, I have founded many successful niche organizations, included a profitable fitness program for moms, managed clubs, tennis-fitness hybrid programs, and a non-profit 501 (c)(3) youth swim team. I have held many different positions in the sports and fitness community, including Fitness Director, Personal Trainer, Personal Trainer Certificate Program Instructor, bootcamp coach, health science teacher, fitness writer, and coach of a variety of youth sports. I am proud to be a Veteran of the US Army. Prior to my career in athletics and teaching, I served 5 years as a Persian Farsi linguist from 2003-2008. In addition to my duties as a linguist, I helped manage my unit's training requirements (Training NCOIC). In civilian terms, this would be the equivalent of being the office manager for 3 high level executives for a unit with 100+ Soldiers.
