I also lead a team that supports the sales process, making sure our work aligns with how clients think, decide, and invest in leadership development. With an M.A. in Learning & Instruction, I bring a strong understanding of how people absorb information and make decisions. This background helps me shape messaging that resonates with HR and L&D leaders and makes complex solutions easier to understand.
