About Lauren Quick

My first experience was working and volunteering, creating life-building experiences that have helped me grow and further myself currently and in the future. Starting at 12 years old, I volunteered as a camp counselor assistant at YMCA Camp Kitaki, taking on many tasks, such as camp leadership of activities and games or keeping the sanitary requirements to keep the kids safe. This experience made me grow into the confident and team-building person I am today, really relying on conversations and other people to grow as an individual. After I started working as an administrative representative at a local school called Omaha School of Music and Dance. This company allowed me to start finding my passion for business. Through training, I learned distinctive programs and computer skills such as JackRabbit and Microsoft Word and feel proficient in learning new technological abilities. I also learned how to organize my plans and keep a scheduled and persistent list helping me stay on task and show my skills for reliability within the company.
