About Lauren Schofield

I have been working for over the past two years at a small business in Nottinghamshire, Despatch Bay. I initially began working for this company as a Sales Executive making outbound calls to online sellers to offer our unique courier service. I currently work as the Retention Executive which I developed as a new department within the business. I identified the problem of potentially losing customers where we could be able to offer a solution for them before they decided to look elsewhere, and acted upon this to put myself forward to start up this new department. Within the time I have been working in this role, it has now expanded to new responsibilities, as well as recruiting another team member to work alongside me. I have numerous years working in customer service, which is one of my great strengths and have been complimented on this frequently. I am attentive to customer's needs and have a great understanding of the logistics market and potential ways to develop the company. I have been involved with the decision making process for launching the new website working with the Technical department, so I have a brief understanding of what it takes to make a business stand out amongst the crowd.
