I have spent the last ten years tending to the general care, including the physical and educational development, of children under the age of ten, some with preexisting medical conditions. Because of this work, I am certified in both CPR and First Aid. I am skilled in customer service within the food industry and pride myself on my efficiency, attention to detail, and general empathy. I have completed coursework in Communication Sciences and Disorders through Temple University and am fluent in typing and basic computer skills. I oversee the organization of an annual blood drive for the community in Leominster, MA. Recently, I accepted a job at the Massachusetts General Hospital for Children as a Patient Services Coordinator, where I function as a member of the front desk and liaison between patients and providers. Overall, I am an active employee with productive communication skills who enjoys working with the community.
