I provide clear, meaningful, and actionable guidance and suggestions to my clients to help them move forwards. And if so, how to deal with challenges such as structuring the right governance and / or risk management model, dispute resolution processes, Intellectual Property (IP) protection, exit rights, and economic flows. If you're on a JV management team, we're probably talking about how to keep your shareholders aligned whilst also managing their information requests and strategic directives. Or perhaps about how to build a strong employee value proposition that outlines the unique benefits and challenges of working in a JV environment. If you're involved with JV governance or oversight, we're probably discussing how other companies, and your peers, are driving value and managing risks by consistently managing and governing their JVs. Beyond my professional life, I'm a dedicated parent to two amazing daughters who constantly inspire me with their curiosity and resilience. They remind me daily of the importance of balance, growth, and nurturing the future generation.
