About Lauren Silich

I’m Lauren Silich, founder of The Frontlines, where we help frontline teams unlock their potential and transform not just their businesses, but their lives. My career began in Chicago, where I learned the value of hard work from my parents—a construction worker and a teacher. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: bartender, waitress, cook, dishwasher, bouncer, and, most recently, a multi-unit operator for Chick-fil-A.Running three restaurants through a pandemic taught me the immense power and untapped potential of frontline workers. These individuals are more than just employees—they are the heart of any organization, driving culture, growth, and results. They are also the greatest mentors and leaders, shaping communities and inspiring change. That’s why I founded The Frontlines. I believe that with the right leadership, skills, and support, frontline teams can thrive, change the course of businesses, and improve their lives and communities. At The Frontlines, we specialize in leadership development, coaching, and consulting, with a focus on Chick-fil-A Operators. We partner with businesses to create strong, thriving cultures where both people and results shine. If you’re ready to invest in your frontline teams and unlock their full potential, reach out to my team or visit
