About Lauren Splivalo

At Van Horn Automotive Group, I lead community outreach and event coordination with a passion for bringing people together. Whether it’s a large-scale golf outing, a grand opening, or a local nonprofit partnership, I focus on creating events that not only run seamlessly but also reflect our company’s values and strengthen our connection to the communities we serve.I thrive on collaboration, working closely with internal teams, local partners, and community organizations to design meaningful experiences. My strengths in logistics, promotion, finance, and team engagement help turn ideas into memorable events that leave a lasting impact. As an artist at heart, I love adding creativity into every project, whether through design, storytelling, or unique event touches that make the experience stand out.I’m also proud to support our internal initiatives, including the “25% in 2025” goal to increase employee volunteer participation, because giving back is at the heart of who we are. In addition, I serve on She Owns It, Van Horn Gives, and ESOP committees, and co-chair the Large Events Committee, where I help foster teamwork, employee ownership, and community impact. For me, success is measured not just by how smooth an event runs, but by how it makes people feel, connected, valued, and proud to be part of something bigger.
