About Lauren Strong

I am an experienced Administrative Assistant seamlessly blending the artistry of dance with the precision of office administration. Currently thriving in a dynamic administrative role, I bring a unique combination of discipline, creativity, and organisational finesse to every task. In the corporate realm, I excel in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with the same precision I bring to the dance floor. My background in dance has instilled in me a commitment to discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt gracefully to diverse challenges. As a fully qualified dancer, I understand the importance of rhythm and timing, translating these skills into effective time management and seamless coordination in the professional sphere. My ability to balance the demands of a busy administrative role with the creativity cultivated through dance enables me to approach tasks with a fresh perspective and a unique flair.
