About Lauren Taylor

I'm a professional in the technology education field who has always had a heart for tech, teaching & at the core of it all - helping others. While I graduated college with a degree in Middle Childhood Education - I chose to take computer science courses to fill up my schedule. Technology has always been in my blood. I decided early on in my professional career to pivot from the “Education field”. Knowing that I would be able to apply my skills & interests in a number of professions, which I went on to do by working in Customer Support, QA, and as a Talent Management Administrator. I now have 5 years public teaching experience, 3 years software customer support experience, a Ruby on Rails Jr Developer Certification, 2 years HR/Talent Management Administrator and to bring it full circle, I'm currently the VP of Product & Customer Experience for iorad. Iorad is a learning technology product used across every industry - including Public Education, Customer Support, Development, and Talent Management! It's pretty evident the strong guiding commonalities throughout my journey - technology, problem solving, implementing, serving, and educating. That's why - joining the iorad team made complete sense for me as I do exactly that in my role as VP of Product & Customer Experience. I have the privilege to educate people how they can utilize & implement our product, iorad to its fullest potential, in turn saving them tons of time while helping their customers and/or employees do their jobs more effectively thanks to quality & efficient interactive training.
