About Lauren Wegener

I am a hard working, efficient, and driven litigation team member with 19 years of Civil and Worker's Compensation Litigation experience. I have recently joined our firm's Securities Litigation and Corporate Governance team. Over the past 9 years, I have lead my paralegal team and assisted my attorneys in all phases of complex civil litigation, state and federal. My attorneys rely on my advanced research and writing skills, as well as my legal insight and experience. I am proud to be a part of an incredible trial team that makes precedent setting arguments in our decisive legal victories. Additionally, I have a strong background in e-Discovery forensic collection, review, and production. I have developed advanced proficiency with all of the most common e-Discovery and document platforms, including Relativity, Eclipse, Venio, and Summation. I'm happy to bring my positive attitude to all situations and always be a team player focused on getting the job done efficiently, effectively, and on time. I recently spearheaded our firm's cloud technology migration and work closely with our Information Technology staff to ensure that my attorneys can focus on winning cases, not dealing with technical issues.
