For 20 plus years I have had the opportunity to assist Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Nonprofit Organizations and Health Care Professionals connect by skillfully delivering learning initiatives and consultancy programs. My passion is identifying new and often "first of it's kind" opportunities to improve on the status quo, deliver tangible and lasting value to clients, resulting in long-lasting and engaging professional relations among their key stakeholders. For examples- Established the "first of it's kind" Canadian pharmaceutical industry sponsored initiative "Academic Half-Days" with a Canadian Medical School- Developed and executed the "first of it's kind" Canadian pharmaceutical industry sponsored accredited national continuing medical education program. Retained one of the largest biotechnology companies as a client for > 13 years during 3 product mergers and acquisitions. My educational background in Biochemistry has helped me over the years understand our clients' products (particularly novel ones) and their target audiences needs. My business experience in the pharmaceutical industry allowed me to understand the ever changing internal environment and external market a client operates and a keen sense of the success factors required to achieve harmony between the two.
