I’m an enthusiastic and results-driven Program Manager with a strong record of leading global, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-priority environments. My work spans global training and learning programs, enterprise-wide program management, software development, and localization. A lifelong learner, I thrive on building relationships, solving problems, and driving execution. I care deeply about stakeholders and end-users—whether customers, partners, or learners—and advocate for keeping their needs at the center while achieving business goals. Giving back to my communities is a core passion. Outside of work, you might find me cooking for 200 people, mentoring young women, or helping newly arrived families settle in the U.S. Selected achievements: • Designed and implemented PMO best practices and tools to streamline operations and standardize processes across 17 major projects. • Led the development and launch of five annual global online training programs for partner companies in eight languages. • Delivered localized partner programs and websites at EMC and oversaw game localization at Microsoft, including Age of Empires, Close Combat, and Tetris.
