About Laurent Chec

I have spent the 20 years of my carrier in the Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) business. I started in 1995 as an application engineer and gained technical expertise in the simulation engineering domain during 10 years before evolving towards a sales position. With a very solid engineering background, I then started to develop my sales proficiency through various roles including internal sales, account management and territory management for a world leader in Virtual Product Development. In 2011, I opened the European branch office of a U.S. based company specialized in engineering process capture and knowledge management. Since then, I am handling all aspects of business development for the Europe Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) territory, providing executive teams of essentially large companies with solutions helping them to streamline their processes, gain productivity and design better products. Over the last 10 years, I have developed skills among which- Direct transnational account management - Reseller channel development and management - Account planning and development of sales strategies - Marketing strategy - Solution selling and advanced communication method - C level customer relationship and negotiation
