About Laurent Plusquellec

For 25 years, I have been managing large security projects in the public and private sectors. The main objects of these projects were the redesign of information systems for large accounts and the global deployment of decision support tools. My expertise in project management allows me to tackle various programs with a transversal approach of design and implementation of specific solutions adapted to the needs of the company and the ability to make them evolve through a catalog of private cloud services. Manager of more than 150 employees for 4 years, on a dozen major accounts, I supervised the services and the commitment managers, for a management practice. Thus the teams delivered a quality of services through service catalogs. My experience in the management of large projects allowed me to establish mutual trust with the customers. Indeed, the drafting of the expected level of requirements allowed the customers to maintain the quality of the Service Level Agreement, through several Operational Level Agreements (Applications Access, DataManagement, Applications Services.). Finally, my active participation in the school's management courses (Easymakers), the reinforcement with the "Savoir-relier" program of HEC and the "Making Leader" certification of EM Lyon, have strengthened my skills as a leader and manager of key accounts, in particular by allowing me to build a new way of manage IAM and Access Program
