I am passionate for connecting people to their gifts so that together we can make a difference in the world. As a Connector, I recruit and motivate teams for projects and events, connecting people to their skills and to projects where they may excel. This is also where I connect people or businesses to products and services that meet their needs. Being a project oriented Arranger, I have the skills to manage others and projects to accomplish goals, sales, arranging supplies, schedules and people skills. Strategic skills include consultative sales, time lines, procurement, event planning and follow up on projects and events. As an Achiever I am self-motivated starter, geared to accomplish goals and implement vision for myself and for my team. Creative problem solving helps me to think outside the box and find joy in the workplace.
