I have a rare mix of experience and education and equally rare holistic and systems oriented way of looking at life. I'm clearly a generalist AND with enough knowledge in and curiosity for wide array of things to understand, build trust and communicate with tech specialists, subject matter specialists, executives, business owners, academics and dog people. To be clear, curiosity to listen and learn is by far the more important feat of these. This has clearly manifested in excellent performance in various sales roles. I made friends and then we made some deals together providing gains for both of us. I'm allergic to doing things the laborous and stupid way and this has a huge impact. I'm born to optimize and automate things, reinvent processes or come up with completely new ideas. Obviously my subconsciousness is constantly asking questions like "why, what is the value, how it could be achieved more efficiently.". Give me a problem and my neurons start firing. Manifestation: I was very basic Excel user when I started at Apotti as a replacement for an Excel guru. In 3 months, I had learned some VBA programming and automated some phases of manual reporting. After 10, all of it and thereafter I increased reporting output by at least 10-100 times and of course made better, more advanced reports also. I love to share my ideas and sparr others. More satisfying than solving a problem myself, which I do like a lot too, I like seeing the flash and moments of genious and inspiration of others even more. I wish there were more opportunities for this. And I wish there were more space to write. My very concrete toolkit includes- Realism. Change is slow and hard. Technology is easy, people need care and opportunities- Power BI, DAX programming and data modeling in depth knowledge and experience - data pipe, warehouse and architecture knowledge, especially Data Vault method - Microsoft possibilities in Apps, Automation, ML, AI. Decent knowledge framework - Excel, VBA programming, magical.
