Highlighted Results: • Lead delivery of end-to-end Workflow & Process re-engineering using lean six sigma approach, for a Fortune 100 Client, resulting in Client operational savings of $231M • Oversaw 15 multi-disciplined projects with deployment of best-in-class process automation technology across Client locations, as part of an Enterprise strategy to standardize Client processes and workflows, resulting in Client OG & A Expense reduction of $78M • Ground up development of Center of Excellence used to centralize multi-state business processes that streamlined workflows & reduced overhead costs by $36M • Developed an enterprise document management strategy for Fortune 100 Healthcare payer organization, with a standardized approach to handling Medicare/Medicaid claims & correspondence.
