About Laurie Barger Sutter

At Growth Partners, we focus on the "social architecture" of designing comprehensive approaches that solve complex issues. When there is readiness to acknowledge the existence of problems—and political will to take action—we help people come together to identify, make, and manage the changes needed to improve life, work, and organizational outcomes. We don't use a "one size fits all" approach or make clients choose from a menu of services, because that's not how results happen. Instead, we work with clients to uncover the root causes of their problems, engage needed partners and stakeholders, design and implement effective courses of action, and continuously evaluate results and make mid-course corrections as needed. We work in a diverse array of settings and with public and private sector initiatives across organizational boundaries at all levels. This includes providing professional and technical assistance in all 50 states, 10 U.S. jurisdictions, and tribal communities. Our successes and problem solving processes have been nationally recognized and taught in multiple national, state, and territorial venues.
