I help leaders build cultures with purpose, which point that people-power at making a meaningful contribution to what the world needs. And in doing so, grow the company they love. From how we see growth to how we design and lead teams, there’s so much possibility for reimagination. It requires us to bring creativity to strategy, find new patterns and paths, unlearn broken systems, join up brains and hearts, and help people harness what’s within them.
