About Laurie Egan

I’ve had solid success for many years working with school library's and educators due to my ability to come up with both creative and original ways of using a product because of: A willingness to create opportunities to have close working relationships with the people who I have provided support to as opposed to strictly “technical support” A background in information systems and business, as opposed to strictly library and education, which has allowed me to come up with a much wider range of "out of the box" ways to use a product and increase its value to the person using it The ability to implement these new ideas successfully to the rest of the people I support because of extensive experience in creating user friendly documentation The ability to work via phone, email etc. with the vendor’s technical support people who are not out in the field on a daily basis and be able to have them understand the problem and possible solutions
