I am customer focused and I strive to remain positive in all situations. I have user acceptance testing (UAT) skills, QA/Quality Review skills and MS business skills. I have experience with project management and business requirement documentation. I have been a technical report writer using Foxfire, Crystal Reports, Cognos and Business Objects. I understand electronic warehousing principals. I have been able to use my problem solving skills through SQL Developer queries within an Oracle database. I am currently working with SQL Server as we are converting a database from Oracle to SQL. The more I work within SQL, the more I realize this is the way to continue quality assurance with automated claims systems. Most recently, I have been working in a fast paced customer focused Client Data Delivery team. We receive files from clients and delivery customized reports within 15 business days. I enjoy serving our clients and I truly enjoy the strong team that I am on. I am a proud #3Mer! I understand and adhere to all federal regulations and guidelines for both HIPAA and financial protected information. I support the team environment and am willing to assist in any way possible.
