About Laurie Pelletier

My journey in Industrial Relations at the Université de Montréal inspired me to focus my career to what truly motivates me: building inclusive, stimulating, and meaningful work environments. Guided by the desire to put people at the heart of HR practices, I now work as a Talent and Culture Advisor. My role is to create meaningful experiences: recruiting the right talent, promoting collaboration, and implementing innovative, people-focused initiatives that have a tangible impact on a daily basis. I am particularly involved in projects related to well-being and mental health, as well as recognition, while helping to promote the organizational culture through a variety of initiatives, both in person and through HR marketing.
