About Laurissa Heller

As a coach and trainer for over fourteen years I have a diverse background-from customer service businesses, tech companies to the financial sector, I have served clients on all levels of management with excellent outcomes. At Maryland University of Integrated Health I have led as a mentor coach, trainer, and developer of curriculum. As a coach for Johns Hopkins my experience brought me to serving administrators, doctors, nurses, and patients throughout the JH system. Now I am working with Lyra as a mental health coach and my development is monitored at every level for client success. The numbers attained in terms of behavior change and goals achieved speak for themselves and are conveyed via my quarterly feedback information. Additionally, my background includes creating my own business as part of coach training, coaching, and mentoring. My framework is as diverse as delivering mindfulness trainings at law offices to serving on Boards for non-profit organizations. As I continue to develop through Lyra and my personal coaching business, my focus is supporting clients with self awareness, growth, and skills as part of personal and professional growth.
