Experienced Behavioral Health & Public Health Operations Supervisor. Experienced Contract Administrator with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Customer Service, Microsoft Word, Strategic Planning, and Public Speaking. Strong program and project management professional with a passion for Healthcare administration. In my current role as a Operations Supervisor, for Hennepin County Public Health and Clinical Services (MHC), I am responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Operations and Eligibility/Access for the Mental Health Clinic. This includes analyzing existing operation models, developing new SOPs to maximize efficiencies, and communicating quality standards to cross-functional teams. I have established a new reporting structure, which streamlines logistical operation and resulted in the efficiency and increase of a revenue generating product. As part of my role, I take great pride in assisting in the promotion of effective coordination between operations and throughout the organization. A very large part of my role is managing, overseeing, and assisting in the operation development for the Mental Health Center, this includes contract negotiation, grant writing, etc. On an organization level I serve as a Champion for our ARE committee and disparity and reduction team. This work is important to me, as it highlights the Advancement of Racial Equities (ARE) and disparity reduction within the BIPOC communities.
