Project Leadership: Accountable for the success of strategic IT initiatives throughout the project's life-cycle. Works with different business units to ensure systems, processes, and communications are in place to launch new technology initiatives. Owns all issues related to project initiatives, resolving conflicts when needed; and builds company wide trust in success of project. Motivates team members to excel within a demanding and dynamic business environment. Project Communication: Drives results in line with project's time / cost / & scope objectives. Ensures team members are focused on appropriate tasks and coordinates all task dependencies. Identifies, monitors, and mitigates potential risks that might affect project's schedule, cost, scope, and / or quality. Communicates project status to business stakeholders, and team members on a periodic basis, ensuring progress is appropriately understood by all business units affected. Project Planning: Creates comprehensive project plan that drives all activities needed to complete the project. Works with business owner and IT Management to identify & secure all needed resources. Provides clear definition of every team member*s role & responsibilities. Ensures project management methodology is applied to satisfy the corporate standard. Uses and shares best practices learned from previous projects with colleagues. Responsible for delivery and quality of all project documentation. Specialties: Works with business stakeholders to identify project's time, cost, & scope objectives. Ensures project scope is in line with corporate strategic direction. Works with IT & business resources to provide insight about how to achieve the project's objectives in the fastest time, with the lowest cost, and/or with the best quality possible, within the current system constraints.
