Profile My name is Lawrence Baker and I am a Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Manufacturing professional based in Hamilton, New Zealand. I believe I was born to deliver change and improve the bottom line. I love what I do and I'm always looking to improve the process. I love that in Management, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, there are no boundaries and you can write your own rules. Many find this unpredictability daunting, scary and downright frustrating but it’s this that I enjoy the most. The ability to try new things, change people’s minds and achieve real results. It really makes getting up in the morning fun. As a specialist in Culture and Change Management, I have developed many of business-changing programs, most of which have stood the tests of time. A program within BlueScope Steel that I help design and lead is ranked as the most critical business growth initiative for the blue-chip company I work for – operating in the Australian market, serving thousands of B2B customers. It allows salespeople and manufacturing to work with these customers leveraging LEAN methodologies to solve their key issues and bottlenecks.
