About Lawrence Brom

As HR Business Partner for the European Green Sky Directorate (EGSD) at EUROCONTROL, I have built a career with strong experience in human resources, organizational strategy, and operational management. Since joining EUROCONTROL in 1997, I have held key roles, including Head of Recruitment, Head of the Centre of Expertise FIP (Finance, IT, and People), and Senior HR Business Partner, supporting R&D and strategic departments in advancing aviation innovation, particularly within the SESAR Programme. At the EUROCONTROL Innovation Hub, I have also contributed to shaping strategic partnerships by bringing a different perspective and alternative methodologies to collaboration and organizational development. In addition, I serve as the representative of EUROCONTROL’s central administration at the Hub near Paris. My early career spanned consultancy in ergonomics and human engineering, followed by talent management in the banking sector. I hold a Master’s in Psychology (Industrial and Commercial) from the University of Brussels and a Bachelor’s in Business Informatics, complemented by executive education from institutions such as INSEAD, Henley Business School, and MCE Europe. Certified in facilitation and process consulting, I am dedicated to fostering collaboration, effective negotiation, and the development of innovative HR solutions.
