About Lawrence Conyers

What I Do. I am a Video Producer and scriptwriter of highly effective, purpose-driven, creative marketing and promotional videos & animations for businesses. I make viewers click on links or pick up the phone. I make viewers feel like they know you and your product and they’re often not even sure why. Why do it this way? There’s ordinary video which doesn’t get watched, and there’s purposeful marketing video which is part of a marketing plan. When a business invests marketing budget on video, it needs to have an effect, serve a purpose, show a return and ultimately, generate business. Why else would a business do it? Experience. My experience as a director, film maker, photographer, writer & author and actor, being part of a large corporate environment and being involved with museum & attraction design has given me a unique perspective on what works in video and has an effect on the viewer. Today’s marketing means you need highly relevant emotional engagement from your potential customers. That’s where I come in. Who am I? I’m a passionate lover of world-class communication: Say it accurately, precisely, and effectively. I’m obsessed with helping companies get their messages across (accurately, precisely, and effectively). I'm also a Yorkshireman with a love of countryside and a penchant for Whisky (and the odd piece of cake). Who needs a gym when there's a hill to climb?
