The tour brings the history and values of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights to the youth of America. • The American Constitution Spirit Foundation was incorporated as a 501c3 in 2007 in preparation for a launching the National Constitution Plaque Initiative in 2010. 2010 Launched the National Constitution Plaque Initiative for the foundation, placing the original replicas of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights in America's schools. 2013 in conjunction with the Innsbrook foundation accepted role as managing producer of the Innsbrook After Hours Concert Series, in Richmond VA. turning this 28 year event into an entirely foundation driven series.
