With over 12 years of experience driving contact centre and customer service excellence, I am a highly effective, forward thinking operations manager and creative CX thought leader. Throughout my career I have led multifaceted contact centre operations; improving people, processes and performance while driving CX transformation initiatives for leading organisations. Putting the customer at the centre of everything I do, my interests are deeply rooted in taking businesses to the next level by cultivating high performing teams, fostering strategic partnerships and yielding measurable outcomes that deliver true commercial value all the while accelerating customer experiences at scale. I am currently the Head of Customer Experience and Retention at Superloop, a leading provider of connectivity and managed services throughout the Asia Pacific region. In this role I spearhead the development of innovative strategies to improve customer experience while nurturing and developing talent and driving positive change across the organisation. Among my peers, I am recognised for my expertise in enabling the conditions for business transformation under the most demanding conditions, possessing entrepreneurial vision that brings out the best in people. I also enjoy motivating and leading teams while cultivating a culture of diversity, inclusiveness and service excellence with a clear focus on aligning to the company’s vision and goals.
