I am an experienced business and probate litigation attorney who has represented both plaintiffs/petitioners and defendants/respondents in a wide array of legal proceedings in the federal and California judicial systems. My business litigation practice is largely comprised of my prosecution and defense of business tort claims (such as interference with contract, interference with prospective economic advantage, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets), claims for breach of oral and written contracts; and a wide variety of claims arising out of construction contract disputes, partnership disputes and dissolutions, landlord-tenant disputes and a myriad of other real property disputes. I have also represented trustees, executors and beneficiaries in probate proceedings involving claims for breach of trust; breach of fiduciary duty; misappropriation of trust and estate assets; removal of trustees; and for court orders compelling trust and estate accounts.
