I am back with Southern Company, currently based out of Atlanta’s Georgia Power Company office. Resumed my Workplace Concerns Investigator role resolving all types of employee issues. Between stops with Southern Company, spent 2.5 yrs working with the TVA Nuclear organization as Human Resources Generalist, Senior. Worked at the Chattanooga TVA home office as well as Brown’s Ferry Nuclear Plant in northern Alabama. Outside of my Concerns Investigations experience, I have over 17 years experience as a Human Resources Professional with knowledge of all HR disciplines and competencies, including a focus on employee relations and development, performance management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, employee investigation, labor relations/unions, organizational development, workforce planning and strategy, recruiting, and strategic initiatives. Previous career experience includes a variety of Law Enforcement positions at both the local level and as a ATF Special Agent-Criminal Investigator (1811).
