Background
About Lawrence Rubald
I am an information technology professional who has been providing solutions, service, and support of networks, servers, and PCs for small business clients in Northern Nevada for over 14 years. Whether I'm seeing a project from proposal to completion, recovering from a system outage, or solving a problem for a single person, being able to bring a task or goal to a full resolution is one of my favorite aspects of working in IT. Not all jobs get to have such a sense of accomplishment, and I find great satisfaction when I complete a task and see the positive impact on my clients, Beyond the satisfaction of completion, I also enjoy starting on and the process of working these tasks. I have found every new project or reported issue can be an opportunity to learn something new or improve existing skills, and I value and enjoy continued, life-long learning.
