What is capability? It simply means that you can do something. It is about the possibilities of what you can do. Below I will list some things that I have done that might give you some insight into what I can do and what I am capable of. I received a full-ride academic scholarship to York College, I ran an ultra marathon in the summer in the Dominican Republic, and I designed and built out a van based on youtube videos and articles in 4 months, lived in it and traveled from Florida to California. I have lived in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica and speak Spanish with conversational fluency. I currently have meditative practices that I do for over 2 hrs a day, I run 30 miles a week with mileage increasing, I volunteer with Citizen Advocacy, and am otherwise researching, contemplating, or outside connecting with life in deep and meaningful ways. I also spend quite a bit of time writing about, researching, planning, and strategizing as I work towards my long-term goals and prepare myself and those around me as I bring the ideas in my mind into the Reality in which we live.
