About Lawrence Webster

As a confident individual, I have developed a keen sense for production, planning and project management. I have five years of coal mining experience (both open-cut and underground) along with corporate business experience. I am a hard working, fast learning, resilient, innovative individual, who is always looking for a challenge which has allowed me to gain superior experience as a production supervisor, and recently in business improvement techniques. Through the years I have developed myself into a leader who advises, delegates, controls, motivates and understands how people work. My main focus is to drive safety both at home and at work. My teams success in driving safety comes through continuous interaction with my people, both in the working face and in the boardroom.
