Interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most viable solution and cultivating relations with them for customer retention & securing repeat business Conducting credit and financial analysis on new and existing customers in order to institute credit limits and terms. Leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations. Handling dispute management in case of invoice rejections, shortage/damages, market debits etc. Conducting customer meetings for setting up objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of operations. Undertakes complex reconciliations, and compiles documentation for legal action. Timely reviewing, Commercials calculations, security deposits & PDC amounts break-up.
