Experienced and proactive professional with over 8 years in the automotive industry, specializing in project planning, business analysis, data analysis, quality assurance, and customer sales and service. Expertise in managing product launch projects, with extensive experience in using quality tools, performing root cause analysis, and driving products from the pre-production stage to start of production. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across design, vendor management, and manufacturing processes. Skilled in automotive dealer development, having successfully launched 5 new service outlets for the NEXA channel by Suzuki India in 2018 in the Mumbai region. During COVID-19, I contributed as a District Service and Parts Manager, supporting the service business by developing service policies and driving revenue growth. Hold a Master’s degree in Energy Systems, driven by my interest in renewable energy integration projects. I am currently working on publishing research in this area and am engaged in a research project on EV vehicle integration with the grid in collaboration with Memorial University.
