About Layla Almadi

With over 15 years of experience in a variety of industries such as hospitality, sales and banking, I have gained a strong work ethic. I produce positive results and increase business, by delivering excellent service, being diligent and efficient. After many years in sales and customer service, I have decided to focus on – Real Estate! My interest has stemmed from my mother’s first investment property. After a questionable transaction and sub-par representation, I came to the conclusion that I wanted to be knowledgeable about the largest purchase in our life. I want to ensure her safety – and others! As this is usually a life-changing decision, and can be a very overwhelming time - I want to help others experience a smooth transaction, and make it stress-free (if not enjoyable!), informative and transparent. I am currently enrolled to Humber College’s Real Estate program, and hope to be licensed by the end of 2021. Outside of work, I am involved in many social activities which include; • Meetup clubs - I love making new connections and swapping perspectives and stories. • Toastmasters - I have a passion for public speaking, learning and challenging myself - this is all connected to my passion for self-development and constant improvement. I am open to opportunities to connect with others, build a strong team, and produce high-quality results.
